With Much Input Comes Great Output

Ever watched, read, eaten, touched, smelled, written, or listened to something that you just HAD to share with the rest of the world?  Yup.  That’s me, except that I can’t resist inputing any stimulus granted to me.

I am the person who must search IMDB and every other legitimate sight brought up on Google.com when I see a movie.

I am the person who listens to Pandora and finds out everything I can about that song and then will listen to it until the lyrics are memorized.

I am the person who does more research than necessary when doing and assignment for a grad school class or when lesson planning—sometimes just for funsiez.

I am the person who will spend hours on wikipedia to investigate something incredibly simple, like candy corn.

Because I am the person who does all of these things, I am also the person who feels an undeniable need to SHARE whatever I have let my brain input.  Unfortunately for those around me, they are suddenly introduced to my minds mini version of Wiki.

So, I decided to make my habit of “Input” more constructive by using it to benefit/provide information/aid in the procrastination of those who toll the blogosphere by a creative “Output” on the interwebs.

With that said, I decided to narrow down my area of “Input” to Anime, Manga, and Anime and Manga related things.  Yes, yet another blog dedicated to an Otaku’s guilty pleasure.  Besides, can you really begrudge a teacher-to-be a way to indulge in her habit.

Since I use Anime and Manga as a way to keep sane, I input a lot Anime and Manga related information, art, music, cosplay, podcasts, paraphernalia, and even fanfiction when I have downtime and need to chillax.

You, my dear friends, hopeful followers, and input compatriots, are now my Output audience.  I am going to do my best to appeal to the people and post things that I hope anyone who views this will hopefully enjoy and find helpful.  This will hopefully include videos, photos, music, links, and maybe even reviews.

I’d like for this to be a community, so I have opened an ask box cue where you can ask me questions, ask for further or specialized input, or even output some information of your own—I love to input, so that’d be totally fine with me.

How’s that for an introduction?  Boring, I know, but if you’ve made it this far, I hope you tune in later when the real output begins.  The biggest issue I am anticipating is the question “So what gives you the right to think you can output upon me?”  The other pages are what I think are some of my credentials in hopes that it will create a community of Anime and Manga lovers who simply want to know more (and not in the crazy Baccano! way).
